Each unit is directly oceanfront with a private oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, living room, central heating and air, and wall to wall carpet. The complex's common area features two oceanfront pools, sundecks, a jacuzzi, covered parking, and an interior elevator system. The renter must pay a refundable CASH deposit of $65 for a parking/pool gate pass at check-in--Limit 2. NO PETS.
