Amenities include 2 oceanfront pools, sundeck, hot tub, covered parking with clearance ranging from 6'-7.3' and an interior elevator system. NO PETS. Renter must pay a refundable deposit of $65.00 for a parking/pool gate pass at check-in. Limit two.
